Based on things you've posted, he seems to be putting on weight, maybe not as fast as you'd like, but it's still a gain. As for the vet visit, is the Vetinerian specifically trained as a tortoise vet? Not a reptile vet or an exotic vet, but a tortoise vet? These guys are fully a different animal and many vets think a llama is exotic and a tortoise is exotic, perfect match! NOT!
My favorite vet was the one that ran a fecal. Finally looking up from the microscope, she announced that she found many eggs in the fecal, but she didn't know if they were positive or negative parasites. I fired her, but at least she bucked it enough to admit she was out schooled.
Yes,he himself keep many tortoise. avery experience tortoise vet I hear.:tort:

This growth rate and soft shell make me scared.
Even the vet said he is okay, but I'm still scared of it. lol

A soft shell is NEVER good for a tortoise. Normally it is easy to correct with proper diet and lighting but it will not just fix itself.

As I am sure has been said earlier, there is a difference between softness and the flexibility of a baby's shell.

A baby will harden up, but it takes a few months, a good diet and plenty of UVB... which is also what's required for Metabolic Bone Disease (MBD) indicated by a soft shell.

All of which should have been mentioned and discussed with you by your, "tortoise" expert Vetinerian. Yes?

Yes, I asked those and vet said he is all fine.
I'm just too worried about everything because he is too cute and I don't want to lose him.:(

You obviously love your tortoise very much.:<3:
But I, for one, tend to panic and imagine all sorts of terrible things.
Mostly, it's nothing.
Carry on doing the best you can and following the care sheets advice.
That's as much as any of us can do. :)
Thanks I will try.:)

Pics are his favorite places at day time.

His weight is 85 to 96grams recently.

His growth rate seems very slow.
He eats 1/3 amount of foods since when he was growing faster., and poop once per few days.(also less active)
Otherwise he seems very healthy and fine.:tort:

any bad sign?o_O

I'm not sure about Leopards, but the Greeks here grow in spurts, so as long as he's still growing, i think that's good.
Is it particulalry hot when he's outside ?
Sometimes, in the summer, mine eats less and rests up in the heat of the day.

Looks good to me.

Very interesting pattern. I have a pair that produced a couple of the splotchy patterns like yours. It should grow up to be an incredible looking leopard.
