The bottom of the shell on my baby sulcata is soft what does that mean his temps humidity and everything is perfect what's wrong?

How soft? Is it soft like a sponge, or is it just kind of flexible like a plastic butter tub lid when you press on it?

Where did you get the tortoise and how was it started? Wet routine or dry?

How old is your new baby tort? Baby torts will have some softened plastron when you press on it. That's normal for babies; however, if you press and it feels like pressing on a sponge, there may be bigger issues like metabolic bone disease (MBD). Like Tom asked, check and get back to him asap. BTW, have you read Tom's threads on raising sulcatas? I strongly suggest you read them because you'll learn more from his threads than from anywhere else. I have some experience with raising a sulcata with MBD. Feel free to PM me with any of those concerns as well. Keep us posted, please.

I got him from animal Atlanta he and 10 others where in a 20 gallon he was started try and its is like a plastic tub tom his temps and everything are perfect too

Just so we know, the humidity and temps are perfect according to the info you got on this forum or from the info you learned from the breeder or another source?
