Indian star breeding question

Hello, at what size are indian stars able to breed? All the care sheets say 7-8 years, but don't mention size.

For males between 4 and 5 inches and females between 6 and 7 inches.

Thanks for the reply! Mine are both 4.5 inches, I figured it would be a while before the female could produce.
