Had clutch with 3 eggs 1 hatched day 124. Other 2 now have still not hatched it’s been about a week and a half. The egg has weight and I cannot see anything inside with a light on it. Is it possible the baby cannot get out of its own shell and needs help ? Sounds silly but just throwing out there.

I have found it best to leave them alone. Make sure to add moisture to the media, simulating the start of the rainy season. Sometimes that will stimulate hatching, and the extra moisture helps them get out of the shell too. What is the humidity in the incubator? How damp is the media?

I've had eggs hatch 8 months after the other ones all hatched, so I would just leave it be. If it can't get out of its shell on its own, there is something else wrong anyway.
