Maybe a live shady plant like boston fern or carex (sedge) will be a nice replacement (fix it in the corner, several inches above substrate). Or you can place a cave hide over her favourite digging spot. But this may work or may not. They all have their own ideas of a "perfect shelter".Ah, okay - thank you so much! Is there a better alternative that is similar? I've noticed that she likes to dig under a "mat" of stuff to completely bury herself. I will definitely keep an eye on it for mold and will check her eyes/nostrils/behavior while it's in her enclosure
