Leopard Tortoise spots on shell

Hi there,

I have my Leopard since Feb and it grew steadily from 30 to 47 grams and 1cm till now.

Recently however I discovered some odd bright spots on this shell.

Is this normal?

Just looks like normal coloring to me. Your tort is beautiful!

All I see is new growth and lighter color coming in. Very normal and what you want.
He is pyramided some. Are you housing him in a closed chamber with high humidity?

No pyramiding so far.

I have a close chamber and keep my humidity level 80%.

So far so good
