Lower jaw

Hi all, my little sully seem have a overgrown jaw but she can eat well, shall I need to bring him to see a vet? Why she will have this problem?
I tried to load some pics but can't see from photos!

Need to take it into the vet and have it's beak trimmed if the bottom jaw is overlapping the top......i can't see from a side angle clearly

don't mean to hijack but what if the lower beak is not over lapping but the other way around? like the end of his lower beak does not meet the top beak to be able to close completely that you can see his tongue even if it's mouth is closed?

I see nothing wrong with this torts beak....I even zoomed in as far as I could and looks like a good beak to me....:D
