Have a little Russian, around 18months old, I wondered how frequently he could have Nutrazu? He absolutely loves it. The amount will be given in accordance to his weight and along with appropriate weeds etc.

Everyone will have a different opinion on this, and all of those opinions might be correct and workable. Literally anything from "every day" to "never" can work and result in a healthy tortoise.

I prefer to offer supplemental prepared foods once or twice a week. This time of year, I feed them almost none because I have more free nutritious weeds than I know what to do with. Soon my weeds will all dry out and die, and then I switch to other foods like mulberry leaves, opuntia pads, grape vine leaves, and Mazuri.

I feed Mazuri to my Russians a few times a week, but I don't serve it as an entree... more like a dressing or a supplement.

I soften it with warm water until it's mushy and toss it with greens (or the butternut squash I occasionally feed them) like a dressing.

I like this way as it allows me to feed them a variety of greens with the dressing on it to help them get used to new foods, and also helps to supplement the nutrition of the other things I feed them.

Pretty much exactly what I’ve been doing, Jamie.

That is the time when I feed it once or twice a week. It gives me a break from having to source buckets of food for those days.

In summer I have all the mulberry and grape leaves. opuntia pads, and other odds and ends, so maybe once a week with the Mazuri.

Everything dies off in fall, and the weeds have not come up yet, so I rely on prepared foods and amended grocery store greens until...

Winter brings our rains and the weeds go crazy, so I don't buy anything or use any prepared food from about December to May, which brings us back to...

Spring is mostly weeds at first, and transitioning into the leaves and opuntia of summer as the weeds dry up and die in the heat with no more rain.

Great! Appreciate that…venturing in to drying weeds and then rehydrating them when needed soon

My Redfoot menu sounds like TOMs.
I feed more MAZURI during the winter when there are less local foods available.
But on occasion I'll feed it once a week. Just scattered into the enclosures. That way the tortoises need to go looking for it.
