Mixing Breeds? Surprise!!! :)

I was questioning and wondering can you mix different breeds of tortoise " well in deed i got some feed back which was understanding and i agreed! then all of a sudden I'm watching a video on the species just to learn maybe a little more about of the species i just got, "well as I'm watching this great educational video guess what? well take a look you got to love it! what type of tortoise was that which passed by? Because i know that wasn't a Pancake Tortoise right?
