So my little guy is a really slow grower and doesn’t seem to eat a bunch but really likes mushrooms. Like the white button ones. I’m trying to get him to grow a little fast bc I get worried so can I feed him mushrooms everyday?

I don't think torts can digest mushrooms very well. What kind of grasses and veggies have you tried feeding?

I try to feed him grass out my yard but he doesn’t like it much ( I have a few different types) I have tried collards, cabbage, broccoli carrot water, green beans, offering weeds out of my yard. He eats a little bit of the dried grass pellet that we moisten every day. The only thing he really seems to like is mushrooms

Oh no! It is not recommended to feed sulcata or any torts in general broccoli and beans! I think all of those aren't too good for sulcata's
Try to put the mushrooms underneath and the weed/grass on top. At the same time, increase the weed/grass amount while decreasing that of mushroom everytime you feed it.
Sulcata's LOVE romaine lettuce. They will not hesitate eating it. Even better, its a good source of vitamin A. Whenever my Lucky sees my holding a piece of romaine lettuce. It literally rushes towards me and eat the whole piece within seconds. But don't feed too much of it. Mazuri is also a good one since its highly nutritious, but also, not to often. Mainly fed grass and weed.
Do feed it calcium powder? If not, you should start feeding it every 4 days, while letting it sunbathe once a day, 30 minutes per time. But remember, the uvb can't pass through glass, so you may want to take it to a nearby park or garden for a walk. DON'T let it eat the plants there since theta a high chance that the plants are sprayed with pesticides, which is lethal to torts if continuously accumulated. In case you're wondering why torts need uvb, it's because, like humans, torts can convert the uvb absorbed in the skin into vitamin D3, which helps absorb calcium, which increases growth rate. Don't bring it out for a walk if the weather condition doesn't allow you or is cold outside.

I'm not sure about Sulcatas but I know for Redfoots mushrooms are considered a protein, so I'd guess not good for yours. What I can tell you for sure is not everyday.

Can you post some pics of your enclosure and let us know the humidity, temperature, substrate in the enclosure?

Wait... That's a redfoot?! Oh my bad, sulcata and redfoot look so similar to me...
No their Tortoise is a Sulcata. I meant I don't know if it's the same for Sulcatas because I only keep Redfoots.
