My Tortise eyes have a little white around them?

Hello, could someone help me out on why they are getting a little white around his eyes and what i need to do to fix it? In the picture you can see, also if you don't mind as for the tortoise dry food he likes snacking on it besides his greens he's okay with that? My Tortoise and I would greatly appreciate your help, Thank you.

That usually happens when they're being kept too dry.

welcome to the forum! can you post some enclosure pics? also the tortoise food you are feeding him is not good for torts. he will do better on fresh grasses and weeds.

I totally agree with russian/sucalta/tortoise: such "stuff" is not at all healthy for a tort.
