New baby leopard tortoise

I just want to see if my new baby tortoise will be ok.

she doesn't move much and is layed out in her basking area. I’m not sure if she is eating and has her eyes closed

temp is 85 and cool side is 68

I have been trying to feed cut up turnip greens and have been soaking 2 times a day for 30 min. During that time she poops in the soaking water

Leopard tortoises are from Africa. Your temperatures are too cold.

Cool side should not drop below 80 day or night. Basking area directly under the bulb needs to be 95-100. They won't eat when they are too cold. Where did you get the baby and how was it started?
