Hello and welcome. Good sulcata weather in Ontario.

What size sulcata do you have? What are you doing for it so far?

He/she is about a palm size. I believe 2 years old. I have had him/her for about three months. I thought his bumpy back didn't look right. Turns out he/needs humidity! I am now soaking him spraying for humidity and raising heat. I feed him/her hay and green lettuces. Give him/her calcium once a week. Is there anything else I can do for him/her?

That's a nice enclosure but it needs a lot of changes, I would advise you to read Tom's care sheets.

That enclosure is going to work just fine and here is what you need to do with it:
http://www.tortoiseforum.org/threads/how-to-raise-a-healthy-sulcata-or-leopard-version-2-0.79895/
http://www.tortoiseforum.org/threads/closed-chambers.32333/

And these will really help too.

Looks like you got the typical old outdated advice. You'll need to get a better substrate, add a humid hide, replace the red bulb, etc... Its all explained in the care sheets above.

Welcome to TFO! Follow Tom's advice and you'll have a beautiful adult sulcata one day . Here's Tom's care sheets hard at work . See how smooth my leopards are? I also have a little smooth sulcata but lost my photos .
