Yes, that is correct. Has she been together with OPO?
About 3 weeks ago. Opo found a weak spot in my fence. I am not sure how long they were together. Probably at least 1/2hr. Not sure if Opo would figure it out his first time.
If she does lay eggs. What is the first thing I should do? Should I collect them?

I probably have a different perspective from you. Personally, I would take a shovel and chop up the eggs in the hole.

If you want to mess with raising and selling babies then it would behoove you to gather them and incubate them

I will probably do the shovel method.
There are way to many baby sulcata's out there. If I let them hatch and then can't get rid of them all. I am not going to kill them. Plus I would be wondering. Whoever bought one from me. If they are taking care of it correctly.

Yvonne, she is definitely looking like she is laying eggs. I know I have read about tortoises being egg bound. Can that be a problem? How long does the procedure last her trying to lay eggs? 1/2hr, 2hrs,5hrs or more?

toss a white towel in there? You are going to remove them anyway and it won't bother her. That's pretty cool to experience though....
She dumped out about 12 eggs. It looked like maybe 2 didn't break. The next time I went out. She was burying the eggs. So really not sure what the final count was. Now that we have experienced that. The next time I won't be as panicked. @Yvonne G thanks for putting up with all my questions. 😅
