I live in south Florida so the conditions for a rf tortoise are almost perfect year around, I have a secure back yard to keep him in, but I need some ideas for an enclosure, I was thinking about a green house but I’m to worried that it will get to hot. Any ideas?

You will need a simple heated night box, shady plants and, perhaps, some sprinklers. The walls can be built out of pressure treated wood or cinder blocks.

Other option is to use large wielded wire chicken coop (to keep predators out).

I would not use a greenhouse - too easy to miss a temperature swing and overheat tortoise. Also, unless you use special plastics, greenhouse will filter out UVB which defeats the idea of outdoor pen.
