I'm a nervous momma tonight. I've always kept my red foots inside at night, but since I've moved my reptile room is now split between a craft room and reptile room. Basically, space is limited. My younger guys are inside and only go outside when supervised.

My Russians and Sulcata are still at my mom's house. I'm used to leaving them out for the night, but my RF's are my babies.

I haven't been able to work on my true tortoise pen so they're in the normal tub but with a piece of plywood on top for more shade.

The tub is under the porch so it's not in direct sun.

I'm trying this for today and tomorrow. Depending on how I feel when I get home from work, they may come inside despite the space. I can rearrange and move stuff for the sake of my torties. I love my new house but Smaller rooms are a bummer. The big yard will be worth it once we make the tortoise enclosures.

Any thoughts? Think they're set up fine? Any tips for changes? I know they're just reptiles and do great outside, but ugh..

Oh the weather here is in the low 90s with estimated afternoon showers every day. High humidity.

Whit' they should be fine , if not in direct sunlight during the day. Give them a Hide or some damp moss inside the boxes. And fresh soaking/drinking water at all times . What about night time ... is there a heat source.?

It's still warm at night like 70s. The porch will shade them from direct sun, and I'm hoping the wood will create more shade for that half.

I'm just nervous. :-(
