Coconut fiber with cypress on top. Unfortunately we don't have a fully closed habitat so quite a bit of it escapes. I'm thinking about getting a humidifier for my apartment to help boost the humidity in the room...

My favorite substrate. Dirt! Lol. They maintain the humidity really well! Really cheap too! Under $5! No need to pay high prices for substrate.

Once a week I poor water and mix them. Not to dry not wet. This will make a huge difference. Hope this helps.

Absolutely love Thor, we have a little greek aswell and they are amazing. I completely understand the worry and am suffering myself with it as my little guy is just sleeping at the moment

There is another post floating around on here that says the same thing! All he did was sleep and burrow at first! I was so concerned! I still worry about everything! Last thought on my mind when I go to sleep, first thought when I wake up!
