Could I feed my sulcata peppers and how much and what kind?

I'm not sure if capsicum works on non mammals: I don't think birds even notice the heat in hot peppers, I'm not sure tortoises would either...
Tom said:If those are just dry whole unprocessed peppers, then yes, you can. I would slice and dice them and mix some in with the greens once in a while.
