I knew my female box turtle "Chip" had eggs in her. She finally laid them last night and after digging them up, I was pleasantly surprised to find 7 eggs this morning!
Normally I am used to seeing 3 to 4 eggs in a clutch, then there's the rare occasion when they lay a whole bunch like Chip did. I wonder where she kept them all?!
