No... the egg became foul... I don’t have luck with breeding them..

Because the egg was laid in the water... i think that’s the reason. But I have another female which has an egg so maybe this is the next chance

I hope so. I’ll use a other incubation Methode so maybe that’s the kez

I’m using a normal incubator.
Temperature between 27-29C.
Humidity 70-90%.
Which conditions do you have?

Yes maybe the substrate is the problem. I’m using fine vermiculite

Oh how pretty and super Interesting ! I've never seen these before! I wonder how available that species is in north America....???

They are really gorgeous! I wonder how long an egg can be in the water and still be viable if taken out?

I don’t know that.. I still don’t have breeding success with this species.
This season I just found one egg from one female. All of my other turtles didn’t lay eggs yet.
But I found aome K. Baurii eggs in the water. They have to be there around 2 hours to 1 day. I put them in the incubator. I checked them after one week.. nothing.
After 2,5 weeks I saw the first veins.
Now they got an embryo and start developing.
