Poison ivy has three lobes like your plant, however, it looks slightly different. I tend to agree with Chubbs.

This is not posion ivy, not sure if it's harmful or not, posion ivy isn't the only plant that will cause reaction, there are others as well so it's best to wear gloves and long sleeves, not to scare you, but there's also posion sumack, and poison oak as well, along with many plants that cause reaction, so if you don't know for sure always wear gloves and cover your arms and legs,

Gloves, long pants, long sleeves - all straight into the laundry when finished.

Yeah I bet, might want to stock up on , Benadryl, it helps with skin reactions to
Benadryl is a must have for me! I'm allergic to most weeds, pollens, etc... so I try to avoid actually touching the weeds I collect for my tort (long gloves are a must), but in the occasions where I brush against a weed, it's to the meds cabinet I go! My wife has me help in the garden too, so I suffer from the flowers. A mild headache, runny nose, and itchy skin is a small price to pay for a happy wife and veggies in the summer.

I don't know where I heard it, but the line "leaves of three, leave them be" echos around my mind whenever someone mentions poison ivy. I don't know if that saying applies to the other itchy things to avoid, like sumac or oak, but I just avoid all three leaved plants that I don't know.
