I am upgrading again is a 36x18x18 enclosure big enough to for a 6 month old baby sulcata?

How big is your tortoise? If you can find one of those Christmas tree storage boxes those would be bigger than the dimensions you just mentioned.

The Christmas tree box to me is an eye sore I want something nicer and I found that enclosure for cheap so I was just wondering

That size is too small. You need something at least twice that size, and even twice that size is only going to last a few more months.

I was going to suggest a stock tank but they are not at all pretty. If you want something that looks nice I would suggest you build a large closed chamber. Check out the enclosures section and the sulcata section. There are some very creative people here that have built some great large enclosures.
There is also a lot of different threads in there about tortoises the same age as yours and how people are house in them. Good luck with your little guy. I will say from personal experience you will be better off and spend less money in the long run if you build one big enclosure now rather than trying to just keep updating as the tortoise grows. Make one that will last him until he has to move outside full-time.
