Ok so I couldn't find Roxy today when I went out to check on my sulcatas. I heard constant scraping noise and went to go explore. I found Roxy digging a hole that was a half foot deep and a foot long. It was pretty big. Knowing that Roxy isn't even fully grown yet digging a hole that big in a matter of 24 hours made me realize how great diggers they are ( and that I need to tunnel proof the rest of my yard. Here are some pictures, sorry for bad photos. Its dark in the hole.

And that's why I decided to get a tortoise that isn't going to create a crater in my back yard :) Roxy is very cute though, she definitely earned lots of greens for that fine specimen of a burrow

I couldn't believe it when she dug that burrow that fast. My sister keeps her window open when she sleeps and she said she heard Roxy digging in the middle of the night. I'm glad she has the room next to the tortoises
