RT QUESTION

Hey guys I had a quick question. My russian stays under the heat lamp all day! It isn't even cold and he still stays there except to go eat. He even stays in the same place when I turn off the lamp at night. Is this normal? What can I do to make him more active?

Well it's in my room, so I'd say about 70-80
