Russian Tortoise Shell Growth Normal?

Hi, I have a Russian tortoise whose shell has seemed to be growing a lot in the few months. Is this normal growth or something I need to be concerned about? Hoping someone can help me better know. Any advice/thoughts are appreciated!

Looks normal. The white lines are new growth and the scalloping on the base scutes is due to not be rubbed off from normal wear and tear like they would experience in the wild.
