just google conjoined russian tortoise and you will find some news articles on it. here's video of it...I remember seeing it on an article in English as well...same footage.

there are two headed snakes for sale all over the internet, the only other two headed terapin ive seen was a slider. it happens in nature, but very rare

0O0 Whoaaaaaaaa that is so cool.....I thought when i clicked on the image that it was going to be like an optical illusion, then i seen that it was actually naturally conjoined torts my mind was blown for a few minutes....i had to just kind of sit there and stare at the screen for a few seconds XD
