Couple scrapes and scuffs.
If you want to....Get some athletes foot cream. And like I continue to say...Use the stuff from the DOLLAR STORE. No need in spending a ton here.
Put a smear on each area and forget it.
The thing is that athletes foot cream stops shell fungus fast. And does no harm if you put some in an area that doesnt need it.
So if in doubt.....

Also, shell ROT is a very, very advanced and catastrophic thing. And rare.
Shell fungus is a minor and easily fixable thing. And its common.
Not the same.
If the spots in your tortoise are the beginning of anything. Itd be shell fungus.
But I don't see it IMO.
