The first one looks like bindweed to me tortoise table says it’s ok to feed. I do let my Sulcata have some occasionally. I don’t know the second one either it is also growing in my yard but I don’t let him eat it since I don’t know what it is ❤️?

The first one is bindweed; fine in a varied diet.

The second one is a spurge. Generally not recommended unless it occurs in your tortoise’s native habitat. Should be easy enough to pull by hand. That said, your tortoise may not have the slightest interest in it.
