Sleeping position any cause for concern?

This little monkey had started sleeping a lot like this and gives me a fright everytime she does it. Is it anything to worry about!?

Looks content & feels safe. Do you have a few darker areas (hides) where it can get away from the bright basking light if/when wanted?

Looks like you might be using substrate that includes perlite/calcium bits ? If so, it’s recommended to not use that type since tortoises are prone to go about swallowing all of those bits (over time) often causing impaction. Your substrate might be fine, just a warning.
