Sleepy tortoise

I've recently brought my Russian tortoise a new table as he was in an inadequate vivarium.
However now he never comes out at all even if I put him under his heat lamp he just crawls into bed and also he hardly ever eats??
Any ideas welcome, however I have now not got the vivarium
Please help
I think the vets will be the next step!

Hello, well how about you post a picture of your tortoise and your tortoise enclosure....a picture can be very helpful in getting tips from folks here....also, what type of heating and lighting are you using to regulate the temp for your tortoise enclosure?

Need more info here. Some need a few days of soaking to perk them up. How old is he, how long have you had him. They can take awhile to adjust to a new environment.

Hi all
A photo is attached
This morning just has his heat lamp turned on it was 22deg in the cool spot
30degs hot spot

It does get alot Warner after the cooker and such has been on.

He doesn't get anytime out side as I live in an apartment

The lights gets switched on at roughly 8am and off at about 10pm

But he doesn't come out until I get him out then he goes straight back

He also has a pool that he does use.
