Something different

We had a thunderstorm last night and this morning when I checked on spike I saw this something strange on his nose do you know what this is should I be concerned

It kind of looks like he was pushing his nose against something and made a little sore. Maybe the thunder scared him and he was trying to dig deeper somewhere.

That's what it looks like to me too. He's injured his nose. If you use Neosporin don't cover the nares.
