Does anyone know anything about Star Tortoise World?

The fellow who owns it is a flipper. He buys under the name Star Tortoise World, then sells the animals under the name TortoiseTown. There have been a good number of posts on TFO over the years stating that people bought ill tortoises from him and/or they had to wait inordinately long times to get their animals after paying him (I assume that would be while he was running wanted ads to buy the animals he had already sold).

I remember an account by the name tortoise town trying to buy tortoises here on TFO but it got removed.
