Strange bugs

Yes, I think these guys are a couple of tiny leeches. I am not sure what their eggs look like, though, so cannot help with the ID of those numerous little yellowish globs. I'd say they very well may be eggs as surmised by the OP.

They're very earthworm like and I saw some a few years ago in one of my tortoise pools over a few day period.
I assumed they were parasites from poop.
Or actual earthworms.
But I never saw them again and it has been years.
I had made a vet appointment since I had 8 Redfoot in that enclosure at the time. But the worms disappeared as quickly as they appeared. And I never went in.
On a side note, it was also in the same period of time that I had a huge Caine Toad living with my tortoises.
Leaches, internal parasites, etc.... I'm still just guessing
