My sulcata has this eye issue. What does it look like? Irritation?

His third eyelid is irritated. He may have rubbed it on something, or an ant bite? I would soak him and rinse it well, then keep an eye on it.

If you can get some eye drops from your vet, I would put a drop in the eye twice daily until it gets better. The ones I use are called Neo-Poly-Dex Veterinary Ophthalmic drops. They work very well, but you do need a vet to prescribe them as they aren't available OTC.
