Hi,
My girl sulcata, Sully, is 2 years and 2 months old.
Her shell is 12in long, 6in wide and 4in tall. She currently lives in a small enclosure, way too small for her. I found a supplier for bigger vivs. This would be an 8x4x4 ft viv (https://southdown-aquatics.co.uk/shop/8ft/8ft-x-4ft-x-4ft-vivarium/).
How long would she be ok in there?
I am heartbroken thinking about it, but we don't have a garden at the moment as we are currently renting so I am seriously thinking about rehoming her but I am not sure where and who will take her and care for her as I love her a lot.
Well, we have a space in the garden right now, that's maybe a 2m long by 1.2m wide max and we can't really dig or build anything on it...as it's not ours. We hope to have our own house in 1.5 years max but we can't guarantee the size of the garden.
Can you please tell me the best advice in this situation? She is in a really small enclosure now where she was as a baby but now it's highly innapropriate. I waited to find the best solution so I don't get a 5ft viv, then 6ft etc...and waited too long. her house is now only 4ft long and maybe 2ft wide. I know it's bad. She has some time in a warm room and soaks but I know it's not enough.
Can you also, even if unrelated, recommend the best diet? She is extremely fussy with hay and only loves watercress/rocket/kale so I sprinkle supplements on her food and she has mazuri once a week (or twice).
