Sulcata Tortoise Garden

Greetings,

I want to know What plants I can have in a garden that my sulcatas will be able to munch on. The idea is that the tortoise will be out and able to feast on the plants with no troubles or dangers. Keep in mind the garden will be in a tropical Central American Garden. The only plant I know of at the moment hibiscus.
