TAG BROKEN?

To whom it may concern.
Twice today whilst I've been drifting through the threads, I have found people have tagged me, but I have not received a notification of this.
A little worried as people may think I'm being rude and ignoring them.
A little while ago I tagged myself and that didn't work either. (Not sure if it should).
So I got member Moozillion to tag me again with no result and I tagged her back also with no alert at her end.
However at the same time I tagged member AbdullaAli and he got the alert, but I think he's on an app and Moo and I are on computers, if that makes a difference.
And yes, I have checked my Alert Preferences and everything is ticked.
Please could someone have a peek and fix it for us ?
And send on any missed tags?

Sorry to have troubled you, but as I say, sometimes tags can be important, and if two of us have a problem, than how many more?
And I'd hate people to think I'm ignoring them, not that I think I get too many!

Thanks, and never a bother. I already got the alert out to Josh. Hopefully he will be able to correct things tomorrow, but I have no control of that end. Good luck and hopefully it's an easy fix.

I got a tag fine this afternoon, so hope this is now ok.
It seems people may have tagged me incorrectly.
We'll see what happens 'cos I tagged Moo correctly and that didn't show.
