Decided to program my inkbird and turn on my heater yesterday. I set it at 75 to begin. Our nights are now projected to dip into the high 50s. My house is holding heat beautifully. When I set it up the temp in the house was 79F. This morning when I went to open her door the outside temp was 60F and her house was 77. So the temp inside the box only dropped a few degrees. As far as I know the heater never kicked on(I’m assuming). I feel so glad I found the advice here and built this box. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that as our nights cool down she will be warm. Photo of my new cactus pad for tax lol

More progress. Next I will add the galvanized roofing panels and hang her welcome sign and then it’ll be time to start planting grasses and ferns around her house! Slowly but surely getting there! She’s relocated for a few days I blocked off another portion of her enclosure.
