You are in the UK froggy... like me. We tend to operate in *C.

I have a digital thermometer that operates in *C.... the one in our aquarium operates in *F :D

The calculation is fairly straightforward:

C to F - multiply by 9, divide by 5 and add 32
F to C - subtract 32, multiply by 5, divide by 9

Or use a converter on the internet (there are loads :D)

I'm getting confused because mine has a button saying in/out and the temp changes when I press it soon don't know which ones right :-s

Gotta love the dashboard on a Mac. It helps immensely with international conversations. :D

In and out usually means there is a detector for detecting temperatures in two places: indoors and outdoors?

(That's what mine does anyway)
