Thermostat suggestions

What thermostats do people use here? Any good safe brands? Also any risks and warnings that may be involved regarding tort safety?

UK brands would be most helpful as they are easy to access although all input would be highly appreciated.

I use Inkbird thermostats. I have to wire the ones I get but they work great. They also sell the prewired ones as well.
