tiny bugs in tortoise terrarium?

theyre veryyyyy tiny theyre like the size of a dot. theyd probably do no harm but ive seen a few crawling across my torts shell and by the food bowl but not actually on it. should i change the dirt or is it fine?

Perfectly normal and harmless. They're feeding on plant matter and poop. Introduce a few woodlice/roly polies if you want to try to control them.

Nothing to worry about, some people actually like this more natural set up with various invertebrates as part of the ecology of the enclosure.
