Tortoise diet in cold region. HELP!

Hi,
My name is Cael and i have a russian tortoise named Artemis. I live in Ireland and its generally cold and rainy. Summer can be slightly better but not much. I am unable to keep my tortoise outside beacuse of this. I am worried about my Tortoises diet. His diet consists of primarily vegetables such as kale, lambs lettuce, baby gem lettuce. Can anyone tell me what vegetables I can feed my tortoise in the winter and what i can do in the summer. Thanks in advance!

Hello and Welcome. You can add more grocery store greens, mustard greens, collard greens, I also use spring mix, arugula, and romaine. I will give carrot on occasion too. In summer, you can buy broad leaf seeds and plant, this can be done in winter too, or check your area for pesticide and fertilizer free areas and collect weeds.

Few of us manage in the winter months without using a pellet supplement to whatever store bought greens we can get.

I use komodo pellets.
