If you are selling it, you aren't allowed to do that here without meeting the selling rules
If you are giving it away, that is allowed and I or another mod will move this thread to the adoption section.
Just be careful of newbies that join only to get a free tortoise. Lot of them just want free so they can sell.

Welcome to the forum. You need to have a certain amount of posts on this forum in order to sell on this forum. If you are giving it away for free, you are fine with posting free rehoming tortoise.

It might be a gopher tortoise, in which case, it's illegal for anyone to own.
