I agree I think I even have some of those bowls
You already know they are Greeks and I can tell you I do not think the small one is a antayan but just what they are We'll have to wait for Danny. Oh and Boy, both boys.
Definitely both boys!!!! When I first looked at the pics I thought they were Jordanian, but I know thats not right seeing their plastron shots. I'm definitely thinking Antakyan too, although the one is much lighter......hence why Danny is the pro, and we're the pro-guessers LOL
I don't think they are both Antakyan Greeks. Those have the fifth vertebral scute larger than any other and a small pointed head with yellow or all yellow on it. But I am guessing that the smaller is jordanian and the larger is; well lets look at him his head is somewhat pointed but has no yellow on it. Its front leg scales are dark and not rounded. Its claws look completely dark not parchment coloration except for one pic which makes them look like they may have parchment tips. Its hard to tell if his fifth vertebral scute is larger than the rest It may be. Its first vertebral scute is a shield shape with rounded edges which puts it into the T.g.graeca species. It may be antakyan or antakyan cross? Now lets see how I did when Danny gets back.
could you post a pic that shows the last and middle vertibral scute a little better?
So my first instincts were right about Jordanian, sheesh kebab, I seem to be getting somewhere at least LOL. Always second guessing. I will learn one day, but will leave it to you Danny LOL
Well at least I got 1 out of 2 right. Slowly oh so slowly I'm getting there.
Good call Yvonne I didn't even notice the two lefts in Dannys response. LOL It must be pre show jidders
