weight question

when i got butters he was 61g's not 1 month later 110g's is that a normal weight gain i know every tort is diffrent but is that too much to gain seems like alot to me i know they grow fast

if he's looking healthy and doesn't have any growth deformities then I think all is fine. momo grew 50g more after I made his outdoor enclosure and been living outdoors. keep it doin whatcha doin!

One of mine would doubled her weight every 6-8 weeks and did so until she was up to about 1600g. Now she has slowed down but still is growing at what seems to me very fast. When they are small the vary all over the place in weight as long as it is consistently going up and they are healthy is all that really counts.

I am a freak about my hatchling's weight. I have learned that as long as the weight is going up everything is okay. I alway's weigh after a soak and a poop to try and get a "true" weight. Probably unnecessary but it makes me feel better.
