Well that's what my daughter decided to call her, and since it is her birthday tort that just happens to be completely my responsibility. We got her a little set up in a big Rubbermaid tub with a heat lamp and some hay. She has been so fun to watch, and my hubby loves her.
I included a picture of her in tanks burrow basket for perspective!!

Omg I have to say that I love her she is so cute it is crazy. My husband is not usually envolved in animal care around our place, the zoo is my responsability, but last night he sat on the floor aand helped me get her house all set up he was so cute with her. I know that i sat by her hose for like 10 min 2 or 3 times during the night, making sure she was warm and ok, this is going to be tricky since i am so paranoid.

Lol!! That is my laundry basket it cost me 20$ at target. I never used it. But Tank loves it. I makes a great hide. I am a little concerned since he is tearing the sides from trying to get comfy. I am going to go try to get like 3 more just for back up lol.

I love the basket and tried one with willie but he/she destroyed in in about a day so we are back to cardboard boxes. I puck them up whenever I see hem and sit them outside in the hot sun for a day or two before we switch them out in his inside tank and outside hide... Copy paper boxed work well for our size right now...
