Hi!

My current living situation is changing and I am so sad that I need to give up my dear Travis. I am hoping to find a really good home that will be able to care for Travis, but I realize that my location will be a big barrier for most people. I live in the Burlington, Vermont area! Is anyone in the area or aware of someone who is?

Thanks so much!

There are a few hingeback specialist that do both wild and captive research, J. Thompson comes to mind, he has produced a few species. They have been prohibited from importation for nearly 20 years. Would you maybe consider getting your tortoise to a hingeback specialist like Jeremy?

I see you have just a few posts, I can send further details via PM, if you are familiar with that for this forum.

Probably gone, OP from April this year.

Hello Teal

I would love to give him a good home. I am currently working with various Kinixys species and specialize in that genus. I am well versed in their care requirements and would even be able to get him into a breeding project here to help contribute to propagating his species. Please send me an email and maybe we can discuss a transfer over the phone. Kinixys is a genus in need and I would love to help Travis go to a forever home.

Thank you!

Jeremy
