What breed is this?

Hello! I recently inherited this tortoise and am unsure what breed it is. I believe it is about 3/4 years old…. That is what I was told but again I really don’t know. I want to make sure I am providing it everything it needs for its breed. From some google searches I think it is a Herman’s tortoise. I am reaching out to the tortoise people for help! Thanks! Any tips or advice is also welcomed! The shell is about 5.5 inches long.
