Can anyone tell me if you have to worm Sulcata tortoise and what with Thanx

They should not be wormed unless you have submitted a fecal sample and a vet has confirmed that you have an overabundance of a particular worm species. Then the vet can prescribe the correct wormer in the correct dose.

If everything is fine, then no need to worm or even check the tortoise. I used to check mine all the time and it was always negative so I stopped doing it.
