BoaFan, You didn't say what type of tort you have, but I am assuming it is either a Red Foot, Yellow Foot or Elongated Tortoises? I don't really know much about Zoomeds tort food but I have used Mazuri and know many that recommend it. https://www.mazuri.com/indexMazuri.asp

I only plan on getting this product just incase for some reason im out of the regular greens and fruits, doubt full but just incase.

That stuff is of no value for a redfoot or any other omnivorous/carnivorous "forest" tortoise! Did you look at the ingredients? HAY.. WHEAT AND SOY------ NOT for omnivorous! [ that goes for Mazuri too ] I would let them go on a fast for a day or two before feeding that to my redfoots. And if you've seen them you know what I mean.. I hope you know what I mean.

i tried the natural grassland for my desert tortoise, and he didn't like it very much. i started out with a little sprinkle on his greens, and he would search around for the greens without any of this stuff on it. i haven't tried it since.

I'm curious as to how you draw this conclusion. I've done quite well on raising Redfoots and many other species on the Mazuri diet.
